  Christ Community Church is a gathering of Christian believers who are loved by Jesus Christ--and each other.
  CCC's auditorium (sanctuary) is on the second level of downtown Ottawa's 807 building, a former department store--living out its members' conviction that Christ's church should "be IN the world" living out His love for people.
  Worship music is generally contemporary, with emphasis on the newer (mostly mellow) Christian songs such as you might hear on a Christian radio station, and occasionally a classic hymn thrown in for good measure.
  The teaching is evangelical in character; preaching is Biblical, a mix of exposition, topical, and thematic messages, intended to connect listeners to the healing love of Jesus Christ and other believers.
  The atmosphere is charismatic or pentecostal in flavor, though not obtrusively so. The church's description of itself is: Missional, Incarnational, Relational, Beautiful.
  CCC is constantly and passionately involved in the surrounding community. It offers its building to local groups and gatherings as a conference center, and demonstrates commitment to its value of "community" by hosting a coffee shop (Jeremiah Joe's), a coffee roastery, and a hair salon--all as a means of providing a warm and welcoming gathering place for the citizens and visitors of Ottawa.
